Disciplinary Action History
Date Logged 06/28/2018
Detail
I received a reciprocal disciplinary action for my Delaware Final Order handed down in 2017. The reciprocal discipline was considered a minor violation and was handled by the Violations Committee (so there was no hearing) and was not listed publicly. The proposed settlement was a Censure and Reprimand and a $500 fine. I have paid the fine and submitted the required paperwork but have not yet received any responses or confirmations from the State of New York. I have not yet notified any states of this disciplinary action because I believe it is still an ongoing matter, but I plan to comply with the notification requirements as soon as the matter is closed.
